Data Control and Research, Ltd., is a leader in the field of information systems
for the K-12 education in the State of Illinois. With over 30 years experience,
the software have been implemented in district and regional offices serving
over 250 school districts ranging in size from a few hundred to over 10,000
students.
Today, Data Control and Research continues to take advantage of
technological advances to improve and enhance the core architecture of the
software suite. By combining innovation and a tradition of excellent quality
and unmatched service. Data Control and Research remains a leader for
Integrated Administrative Suite in the K-12 market place.
The DCR User Group was established in November, 1986 and meets twice a
year. The purpose of this group is to give Users an opportunity to interact with
other school business official professionals with similar backgrounds and
similar district technology equipment. At the meeting participants can discuss
administrative operations issues, ways to resolve common operational
problems and find methods to make work flow management more efficient.
Additionally the User Group has furnished valuable suggestions to the DCR
staff. This has been an effective method in keeping the DCR software up to
date in meeting the needs of the users.
We are very enthusiastic with the response that we've had so far in organizing
this group and feel it will be a very valuable tool to our present and future
Users.
